Felix Sutiono is an Executive Director and a Partner at Genesis Strategic Capital with over 20 years of experience in global financial markets, specializing in Rates, FX, Fixed Income, and Credit derivatives businesses. His expertise spans portfolio optimization, capital efficiency, electronic execution, trade lifecycle management, front-to-back financial market processes, as well as institutional risk management across key financial markets including Singapore, Australia, Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Prior to joining Genesis Strategic Capital, Felix held senior positions at Standard Chartered, Nomura, and Morgan Stanley, where he led several high-impact strategic initiatives. These included a joint venture to expand financial markets solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients, a G10 Rates portfolio optimization programme that delivered approximately USD 1.6 billion in capital savings, and the transition of LIBOR-linked instruments to alternative risk-free benchmarks.

Felix combines deep technical market expertise with a strategic and innovation-driven perspective. He has extensive experience in electronic trading workflows, cross-border regulatory frameworks, and the design of scalable governance and control structures across the full trade lifecycle. As a certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner, he also brings a strategic and client-centric approach to investment and business solutions.

Felix holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is also a licensed Capital Markets Services Representative regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
